           进入下半年，随着我国人民币汇率的上扬，一些国外经销法兰盘业务的公司为追求更高的利润，纷纷将部分过去在中国加工的业务移向印度生产，使我国的法兰盘出口加工业务总量大为减少。受此影响，法兰盘加工企业从今年6月开始普遍减产35％左右，较小型企业有五分之二处于半停产状态。
          从2005年2月份开始，用于加工法兰盘的原材料每吨上涨300元左右，但合同订单内产品只能以低价出售，企业生产压力大大增加。不仅如此，从去年开始，很多发展中国家开始上马锻造生产。特别是印度发挥其人力资源丰富、加工原料充足、价格较低的优势，吸引了国际上较大部分的法兰盘业务。
